General Terms & Conditions

At Cânon Nissi Store, your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, please review the following return and exchange conditions:

  • Items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged or returned within 30 days, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs;
  • Items that show signs of misuse will not be eligible for return or refund;
  • We do not accept returns on personalized or digital products;
  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you're exchanging for a different product and there's a price difference:

  • If the new item costs more, the customer will pay the difference;
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

For returns due to dissatisfaction, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. In these cases, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective).

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Here's how refunds are handled based on the payment method:

  • MB WAY: refunded directly after product inspection;
  • Credit Card / Bank Transfer: subject to the policies of the financial institution;
  • Multibanco: the customer must provide their NIB/IBAN for the refund to be processed.

Replacement items (in the case of an approved exchange) will be shipped within 2 business days, depending on stock availability and delivery location.

Order Cancellations

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on www.canonnissi.pt.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund (as long as the item is not personalized or custom-made);
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may be denied.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation notice, preferably through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for returning the item within 14 days of cancellation. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective).
