Order Deliveries

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer using carriers such as NACEX, DPD, or CTT. Customers also have the option to pick up their order from the Cânon Nissi Store showroom located in Mem Martins.

Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, if the order is not delivered within 48 hours (for mainland Portugal), customers should contact our Customer Support team.

Deliveries are made only to addresses where someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, no shipping fee will be applied. This option is available at our physical store, located at Rua da Azenha, No. 17, Ground Floor, Unit 3, 2725-232 Mem Martins, Sintra, Portugal.

Please provide a valid phone number so we can schedule your pickup. Pickups must be arranged within 48 hours. Free shipping is also available for orders of €100 or more (including VAT) within mainland Portugal.
